Also just wanted to give a heads up that using nail polish to seal paint can sometimes lead to the clay item getting sticky or not holding up well in hot environments (I guess it depends on what type/brand, sometimes it holds up really well), I find that mod-podge seems to work better + more consistently in that regard (+ it's fairly cheep!)!; Replied on: 4:43pm 10-25-2023

also thanks sooooooo much for telling me about the nail polish!!! thankfully i havent had any problems with it yet but i think it did mess up on one of my first models so i got some matte mod-podge spray and it seems to work quite well! again, thanks so much for the advice!
